Global RallyCross: Heat 2 - Sam Hubinette takes the Win, Disaster for Ken Block

A surprise on the starting line was that Dave Mirra’s team couldn’t get his car ready to go in time due to some earlier damage. It was Ken Block, David Binks,  Sam Hubinette and Pat Morro.  Ken Block had troubles right off the line with a less than stealer start, after the car wash he would spin in the Discount Tire corner. Drivers have been told that they can’t take the joker lap in the first lap, David Binks took it in the second lap to get a good lead on the field. David Binks seemed to have it in the bag but a nice move on the last lap from Sam Hubinette moved him to the lead, Hubinette and Binks advance to the final.
